I took RezVera Insomnia Relief the other morning when I was having trouble sleeping. The smell from this bottle when you open it is not a pleasant one. My husband almost thrown up from it. I am sure it is from the cotton ball that is in side of the bottle to make sure the pills stay fresh. After taking them I didn't fall asleep for a 1hr after I had taken them. Once I woke up I felt better than when I went to sleep. Overall its a good product but would take a hr before you want to go to bed.
