I love these they make sure that none of my food sticks to it. I have so much money from using this instead of buying foil or parchment paper. They are really easy to wash all you need is a soapy rag and water and it wipes clean in no time. Mats fit a half sheet tray that is 18 by 3 inches. I love that everytime that I use it that my food is cooked all the way through and the bottom is never burned.
